"Battle-scarred warrior. High strength, dexterity. Skilled with weapons."

This class is intended for players who prefer a balanced skill set.

The Warrior's starting stats will enable you to use a variety of useful equipment quickly. You can immediately begin putting points towards using magic or increasing Vigor or Endurance. The Warrior's Iron Parma is a reliable shield boasting high stability and physical block for its class. The Broken Straight Sword, on the other hand, should be replaced immediately. Once you reach Majula, you can pick up the Morning Star there as a better starting weapon. The Warrior's low Agility means they initially have only 5 invincibility frames at the start of their roll vs. 13 i-frames on a Dark Souls 1/3 fast roll. It is recommended to raise Adaptability (3X gains to Agility) and/or Attunement (1X gains to Agility) as soon as possible to 86 Agility where it jumps to 8 i-frames.
