Found to the right in the foyer after the Grand Cathedral bonfire.

- Does the "Prostration" Gesture upon summoning.
- Uses Iron Greatarrows.
- He prefers ranged combat and keeps his distance, but will use his Estoc to defend himself in melee combat .
