Description
If you wish to ring the bell that invokes forbidden love and created beautiful sounds throughout the world, you'll need to defeat its keepers. This mage, like the puppets that surround her, is dedicated to stopping, and she's a bit more efficient about that than the little guys are.1
Location
Belfry SolAfter climbing up the ladder from the Belfry Sol Approach bonfire, she will be right in front of you along with a Bell Keeper.

Notes
- Spawns only once per playthrough. She will respawn if a Bonfire Ascetic is used on the Belfry Sol bonfire in Belfry Sol.
- Despite being equipped with a Bat Staff, she will never cast any spell. Instead, she will solely use the two-handed moveset of the Spitfire Spear to attack you.
