Pilgrim Bellclaire

Description

A White Phantom, and a powerful sorcerer with unusually pious garb, locked up in the Bastille and forgotten. She clearly expired in her cell untold years ago, but could she have been involved at the Shrine of Amana prior to the collapse of all order?

The Lost Bastille
In an open cell on the right side of the hallway just before the Ruin Sentinels fog wall.

Only available in Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin.
Drangleic Castle
Right next to the Dragonriders fog wall.

She uses a variety of high-level sorceries, from Soul Spears to different Soul Arrows. She doesn't appear to cast any miracles.
