Got some questions
1: how do you want enough spears to keep fighting range battles if you dont upgrade attunement? Just stack up on amber herbs?
2: maybe any recommended items until you got the recommended end game set?
3: so if you dont take points in int just kill the guy for hexer hood?
Sry if i sound noob i just started ;-)
Got some questions
Personally I replace the Insolent helm with the Heide Knight helm since it has that classic "Bucket Helm" look. Other than that it's a great build.
Can't tell if your complementing it or just criticising it, or both, or neither.
Dragon chime would need another 20 points in faith, thats pretty much on that level.
golden wing shield probably due to fashion souls and rebel greatshield can have 100% resistance to one element if infused.
by alternative do you still mean the same weapon class or a completely different? maybe could try a greatsword then.
Goddamn it, i hate the dragonslayer spear. strongest spear in the game, and spear already have extremely weird hitboxes.
Artorias wasnt captain of gwyns knights, that was ornstein. and i think only artorias went to oolacile
I appreciate a pure melee fighter w/o spells but your argument is lame.
Spells/magic/hexes/casts are a crucial part of the game. I like the fact you don't miss to put points into adaptability.
But 50 vigor/health?
With your words…this is for "babies" and "girly men".
So many great tips, so much to do :D
i know people will hate me for doing this but i am new at making biulds and athogh i have been playing ds2 for awhie i have never posted one of my builds before so i anyone would like to cheach it out my builds name is the great saint
Alternatively you can incense SLB to 30 Fth and go for 45 Vigor instead.
THIS IS THE GREATEST BUILD EVER MADE!
strength should be 10 instead of 40, jfyi
If it's an 'Abysswalker' build as it's titled it would make more sense to use hexes then it would pyromancy.
isnt havels shield requiering 40-ish STR to use
does 2 handing it with these stats make it work normaly?
and also great build, this can be increadibly usefull for helping a SL1 build friend get threw the game, or to just block everything
i love it!
If it's a Templar build it would make much more sense to use the insolent set (minus the helm).
BE GOOD AT LIFE!**I love it.
FYI Sorcerer's Staff +10 (Magic) for casting on left hand.
I'm skeptical about the VGR, but the rest of the build seems pretty darn reasonable. I'm going to try this on my next new character and see how I like it; I enjoy a good hybrid build but this looks like a blast!
I'm currently doing a build similar to this, with a few changes. MY changes are as follows: alonne captain set farmed from the iron keep, jester's gloves bought from the iron keep merchant, hunter's blackbow for range and headshots, fall control to reduce how much estus i use, 15 int for said spell, 18 dex for the bow with plans to boost to 25 dex for the alonne greatbow, dark fog-poison mist-toxic mist-homeward-fall control-caressing prayer-soul appease as currently attuned spells, lightning mace +10/reg mace +5. I've currently defeated every boss except for LS, rotten, Freja, velstadt, vendrick, giant lord, smelter demon, darklurker, scorpioness najka and the throne bosses. My preferences may vary greatly from someone else's, so take it with a grain of salt.
