- One at the upper level of Earthen Peak, next to a broken walkway in a chest.
- Three in a chest behind the first building in Shrine of Amana.
- One on a corpse in front of the Giant Basilisk in a cage at the main stairs of Aldia's Keep.
- Two on a ledge after the first cell gauntlet in Iron Passage.
- Three inside the hidden room with an Undead Prisoner near the Ruin Sentinels arena (Bonfire Intensity 2+).

- Dropped by Amana Shrine Maidens in Shrine of Amana. (common)
