Notes

  • Unlike in the first Dark Souls, abandoning a covenant does not result in losing half of your ranking profress when switching to a new one. Instead, you lose all current progress to the next rank.
  • Abandoning covenants does not count as Sin, even without leaving them through Sweet Shalquoir.
  • Entering New Game plus will not reset covenant progress.
  • Matchmaking is determined by Soul Memory and the item used. See Online Matchmaking for more details.
